Admission Process
Step 1: Qualify JEE Main (national level) → Step 2: Register on HSTES portal (hstes.org.in) for Haryana State Technical Education Society counselling → Step 3: 75% seats via HSTES centralized counselling based on JEE Main/HSTES merit → Step 4: 25% seats via direct admission (apply directly at college — application fee INR 450 at ggnindia.dronacharya.info) → Step 5: Choice filling → Seat allotment → Report to DCE Gurugram, Sector 27C, Mathura Road, Farrukh Nagar, Gurugram — 122413 → Step 6: Pay fees + document verification. HSTES 2026 registration expected June 2026. Documents: JEE Main Admit Card + Scorecard, 10th Certificate + Marksheet, 12th Certificate + Marksheet, Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate, Medical Fitness Certificate, Category Certificate (SC/BC/EWS), Aadhaar + PAN (photocopies + originals), 8 passport-size photographs, Haryana domicile certificate (for state quota). For M.Tech: B.Tech certificate + GATE scorecard. For Lateral Entry: Diploma certificate.
