(B) 15% AIQ via MCC general counselling (mcc.nic.in): register, fill choices including ESIC Medical College Alwar, seat allotment across rounds. (C) 85% Rajasthan State Quota via RUHS counselling: register on RUHS portal, fill choices, seat allotment across Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, Stray Vacancy Round. Bond: all admitted students must execute bond of ₹5 lakh to serve ESIC/ESIS institutions for 1 year post-completion. Documents: NEET admit card + scorecard, allotment letter, 10+2 + 10th certificates and marksheets, domicile, category/EWS/PwD certificate, Aadhar, 8 photographs, medical fitness certificate, character certificate, migration certificate, Ward of Insured Person Certificate (for IP quota — Annexure 3A/3B).
