FET Agra College offers B.Tech in 4 branches: CSE (120 seats), Electrical Engineering (45 seats), Mechanical Engineering (60 seats), and Civil Engineering (45 seats) — total 270 B.Tech seats. It also offers M.Tech (18 seats), BCA, and BBA programmes.

As per the official fee structure on fetagracollege.org.in (2025-26): 1st year = Rs. 67,500 (including Rs. 5,000 refundable caution money). 2nd–4th year = Rs. 55,500/year each. Total 4-year fee = Rs. 2,34,000. Hostel room rent = Rs. 17,000/year + Rs. 5,000 caution money (one-time).

M.Tech 1st year = Rs. 76,500; 2nd year = Rs. 69,500. Total 2-year fee = Rs. 1,46,000. M.Tech hostel = Rs. 18,000/year + Rs. 5,000 caution. Mess advance Rs. 2,500/month (boys and girls).

B.Tech admissions are through UPTAC counselling based on JEE Main scores. M.Tech is through UPTAC/GATE. BCA and BBA admissions are merit-based through Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra.
