In the 2025-26 session, reporting was held in the Seminar Hall of Block-A between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, and allotments of candidates who did not report in person or did not complete every step within the schedule were treated as cancelled. Students should watch the official circulars for the corresponding 2026-27 schedule.

  • Step 1: Collect the document list for B.Tech, B.Tech Lateral or MBA from the official website and arrange originals and two photocopy sets in sequence

Sample affidavit formats (parents/guardian, student, joint affidavit and affidavit for gap) are provided on the official site, and a transport form is available for students who plan to use the college bus. The amount already paid during UPTAC counselling is deducted from the balance payable at the institute. When paying through NEFT, the UPTAC roll number must be mentioned in the remarks so the payment can be credited to the correct student account.

Cash must not be deposited directly into the college bank account. Existing students pay through the iSIM portal, while others may pay by demand draft, UPI or NEFT/RTGS/IMPS and must submit transaction details through the official Google Form so that a receipt can be emailed after verification.
