MBBS admissions via: (A) 15% AIQ via MCC counselling (mcc.nic.in): register, fill preferences including GMCH Phulbani, seat allotment, report with originals. (B) 85% Odisha State Quota via OJEE counselling (ojee.nic.in): register, upload documents, fill preferences, seat allotment across rounds; download allotment letter, pay fees, report to GMCH Phulbani with originals. Documents: NEET scorecard + admit card, allotment letter, 10+2 and 10th certificates + marksheets, domicile certificate, caste + validity certificate (if applicable), EWS certificate (if applicable), PwD certificate (if applicable), Aadhar/PAN, 8 photographs, medical fitness certificate, transfer/migration certificate.

Important Notice

NEET UG 2026 scheduled May 3, 2026. First batch commencing AY 2025-26 — no prior cutoff data available; cutoffs will be published by MCC and OJEE post-counselling. As a brand-new government college in a tribal district, AIQ cutoff in first year is expected to be accessible. Odisha service bond: verify current bond obligation and penalty with DMET Odisha at time of admission. No capitation or management quota.
