Yes. GMC Nalgonda was established with LOP 29-May-2019 and started its first session 01-08-2019. It is one of the first wave of new government medical colleges in Telangana, predating the 8 newer 2022-batch GMCs. By 2025, it has completed 6 full academic batches and the first graduating class of 2019 has completed their MBBS.

Academic: lecture halls (150-seat capacity each), demonstration room, examination hall, departmental museums, well-equipped labs, central library (medical books, Indian/foreign journals, digital library, separate reading rooms for students and teaching staff). GMC Nalgonda offers MD/MS courses. PG fee: ₹30,000/year (₹90,000 total). Admission via 50% AIQ (MCC) and 50% KNRUHS State Quota. NEET PG AIQ cutoffs are available on mbbscouncil.com app. PG bond and stipend per KNRUHS Telangana norms. Documents required for PG admission: MBBS Certificate, MBBS 3rd Part II mark sheet, Medical Registration Certificate, Internship Certificate (completed by 31st March), NEET PG scorecard, Online counselling registration, 8 photos.
