Government Medical College, Thiruvallur is the only government medical college in the Thiruvallur district of Tamil Nadu, serving a population of 27 lakh. Established in 2021 and affiliated with The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai, and approved by NMC. The college features five air-conditioned lecture halls, a two-story library with e-library access, well-equipped laboratories, and separate hostels for boys and girls.
