BAMS: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology with minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories); valid NEET UG score. MD: BAMS degree with completed CRI internship and qualifying AIAPGET percentile (50th for General/EWS, 40th for SC/ST/OBC/PwD).

Step 1: Appear for NEET UG (for BAMS) or AIAPGET (for MD) and obtain a valid scorecard. Step 2: Register on the Gujarat state AYUSH counselling portal managed by ACPUGMEC (UG) or ACPPGMEC (PG) under the Government of Gujarat. Step 3: Lock college and course preferences online; choices cannot be modified once locked. Step 4: Seat allotment is based on NEET/AIAPGET rank, preferences filled, category, reservation criteria, and seat availability. Step 5: Download the allotment letter and pay the prescribed tuition fee at the designated bank branch within the specified timeline. Step 6: Submit the fee receipt and original documents at the help center, then report to the institute with the Final Admission Order from ACPUGMEC/ACPPGMEC to complete formalities.
