In 2022, honoring the 400th birth anniversary of the ninth Sikh Guru, Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji, the institute was upgraded to a degree-level engineering college. Approved by AICTE and affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), GTB4CEC is dedicated to providing excellence in technical education.
