Documents: NEET scorecard + admit card, allotment letter, 10+2 and 10th certificates + marksheets, domicile/category certificate, Aadhar/PAN, 4–8 photographs, medical fitness, gap certificate (if applicable), transfer certificate.

NEET UG 2026 scheduled May 3, 2026. NEET UG 2024 OJEE Odisha General closing: 56,517–992,354. Service bond: compulsory for HMCHR MBBS graduates — verify current Odisha private college bond terms and penalty with DMET Odisha. 'After MBBS course completion in Hi Tech Medical College Rourkela, candidates should undergo compulsory service' — per MBBSCouncil.
