HACM's campus centers on its attached Himalaya Ayurved Hospital, a 4-floor, 60-bed facility providing clinical coverage across Kayachikitsa, Panchakarma, Kaumarbhritya, Stri Roga and Prasuti Tantra, Shalakya, Shalya, Swasthavritta, and a dedicated Atyayik (emergency) department, along with a central pathology laboratory, USG and X-ray room, labour room, neonatal care unit, ECG room, and minor and major operation theatres. The Panchakarma section offers classical procedures including Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Shirodhara, Raktamokshana, Agnikarma, and Snehana-Swedana, supported by a dedicated physiotherapy room.

A 4-floor, 60-bed attached teaching hospital with OPD/IPD services across Kayachikitsa, Panchakarma, Kaumarbhritya, Stri Roga & Prasuti Tantra, Shalakya, Shalya, Swasthavritta, and Atyayik (emergency) departments, plus minor and major operation theatres, USG/X-ray room, and labour room.
Panchakarma Procedure Block
Dedicated procedure rooms for Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Shirodhara, Raktamokshana, Agnikarma, and Snehana-Swedana therapies, along with a physiotherapy room for rehabilitative care.
Departmental Library (Siddhanta, Samhita & Sanskrit)
Rich departmental library supporting the study of classical Ayurvedic texts, Samhita, and Sanskrit, equipped with charts and modern teaching aids for BAMS coursework.
Herbal Garden
A herbal garden spanning 3,000 square metres, hosting over 900 plants across 302 species, maintained to support Dravyaguna (pharmacognosy) coursework and hands-on identification of Ayurvedic medicinal plants.
Rachana Sharira & Kriya Sharira Laboratories
Anatomy department with organ specimens, dummy models, a museum, and human skeleton for cadaveric study, plus a physiology laboratory equipped per NCISM norms for Kriya Sharira practicals.
