• Must have passed 10+2 / Senior SSC / HSC or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects with English.
• Minimum 50% aggregate marks in PCB for General / OBC-NCL candidates. Minimum 40% for SC, ST, and OBC candidates.
• Must be at least 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
• Must have qualified the NEET UG examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). NEET UG is mandatory — there is no alternative entrance exam.
• Students who passed 10+2 from Open School or as private candidates are not eligible as per NTA NEET UG norms.

• Step 4 – Online Choice Filling: Select 'Index Ayurvedic College, Hospital and Research Centre, Indore' among your college preferences.
• Step 5 – Seat Allotment Result. Pay the required fees within the stipulated timeframe to confirm admission. MP AYUSH Counselling conducts multiple rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and Stray Vacancy Round.
