IMCHRC is a private medical college managed by Mayank Welfare Society and affiliated to Malwanchal University, Indore. It is approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC).

The college has 250 MBBS seats per year, making it the first college in Indore to receive NMC permission for the maximum intake. 85% seats are allocated through MP state quota and 15% through AIQ/Management quota.

The annual tuition fee for MBBS (2025) is approximately INR 17.35 lakhs. A refundable caution deposit of INR 25,000 is charged one-time. Total fees for 4.5 academic years come to approximately INR 78 lakhs.

Admission is based on NEET UG scores. State quota (85%) seats are allotted through MP DME online counselling at dme.mponline.gov.in. AIQ (15%) seats are through MCC counselling. Management/NRI quota seats are filled through the college directly.
