Indian Institute of Management Indore, widely known as IIM Indore or IIM-I, was established in 1996 and is an Institution of National Importance under the Indian Institutes of Management Act, 2017. The institute is located at Prabandh Shikhar on Rau-Pithampur Road in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, on a campus spread over 193 acres. Over the years it has grown from a young management school into one of the most recognised members of the IIM system, offering a flagship two-year Post Graduate Programme in Management along with a specialised HR programme, an integrated five-year programme, executive education and doctoral research.

Admission to the two-year PGP and the PGP-HRM runs through the Common Admission Test followed by a personal interview.
