The campus has dedicated outdoor sports grounds for football, basketball, and volleyball, along with a fully equipped gymnasium for student fitness. The Council of Student Affairs (CoSA) manages various student clubs and organizes inter-IIT sports competitions. Campus sports events include Cepheus, the annual sports festival.

IIT Goa has fully air-conditioned smart classrooms equipped with projectors, audio-visual tools, and high-speed internet. Large lecture halls accommodate the entire batch for joint sessions. IIT Goa hosts an NSM Nodal Center for High-Performance Computing (HPC) and AI, funded by the National Supercomputing Mission of the Government of India — providing access to supercomputing resources for students and faculty.
