The total B.Tech fee at IIT Kharagpur for 4 years is approximately INR 8 lakhs. This includes tuition fees of approximately INR 2 lakh per year. Hostel charges are additional at approximately INR 35,000 per year. SC/ST/PwD students receive full tuition fee waiver, and students from EWS families with income below INR 1 lakh receive 100% remission.
