M.Pharm admission through UPTAC counselling based on GPAT score. Candidates without GPAT may be considered for management quota seats (15%) directly at the institute. Admission as per AKTU and PCI guidelines.

Ph.D. admission at ITS College of Pharmacy (recognised as an AKTU Ph.D. Research Centre) is conducted as per AKTU doctoral admission norms involving entrance test, research proposal review, and interview by the doctoral committee.

10+2 with Physics and Chemistry along with Mathematics or Biology; minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST)

D.Pharm admission through JEECUP (Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh) online counselling conducted by BTEUP, Lucknow. Candidates register on jeecup.admissions.nic.in and are allotted seats based on JEECUP merit list. 15% seats filled through management quota at institute level.

10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Maths or Biology; minimum 45% marks (General/OBC); 40% for SC/ST

B.Pharm admission is conducted through UPTAC (Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University) online counselling at uptac.admissions.nic.in. Candidates register online and pay ₹1,000 non-refundable registration fee, upload documents verified by the Central Document Verification Team, fill institute and branch choices, and receive seat allotment based on merit. Seat acceptance fee: ₹20,000 (General/OBC) and ₹12,000 (SC/ST). Counselling is held in four main rounds (R1–R4) and one internal sliding round (R5). UP state seat reservations apply: SC 21%, ST 2%, OBC 27%, EWS 10%, Female 20%, Divyangjan 5%, Defence 5%, Freedom Fighters 2%. 15% seats filled at institute level under Management/NRI quota.
