About Jamia Millia Islamia
Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) is a premier Central University located in New Delhi. Established in 1920 and granted Central University status through an Act of Parliament in 1988, JMI offers a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, certificate and doctoral programmes across disciplines including Engineering & Technology, Architecture, Law, Education, Humanities & Languages, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, Fine Arts, Dentistry, Management and Mass Communication. The University provides admissions through multiple routes, including JMI's own entrance examinations and national-level examinations such as JEE Main, NATA, NEET and CUET, depending on the programme.
