Admission at JK Business School follows a programme-specific process for each of its three courses, but all applications begin at the institute's own portal, apply.jkbschool.org, rather than through a centralised state or national counselling body. For the PGDM programme, candidates need a bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks; final-year undergraduate students may also apply provisionally. Applicants can qualify using a valid CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT or CMAT score, or by appearing for the institute's own JKBS Entrance Test, after which shortlisted candidates go through a Group Discussion or Written Aptitude Test followed by a Personal Interview before an admission offer letter is issued.

Admission Process at JK Business School, Gurugram
BBA admission is comparatively simpler: candidates who have passed Class 12 in any stream with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks apply online, upload their Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and identity proof, pay a non-refundable application fee, and are called for a Personal Interview; there is no written entrance test for the BBA programme. BCA admission also requires 10+2 in any stream, but with a slightly lower cut-off of 45% aggregate marks, and the selection process is more layered, involving a Management Simulation Game, a Group Discussion, a Personal Interview, and the JKBS Written Aptitude Test (WAT), reflecting the analytical and communication skills the programme looks for.
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and passing certificates
- Graduation degree and mark sheets (for PGDM applicants)
- Valid CAT/MAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT scorecard, where applicable
- Passport-size photographs
- Government-issued photo identity proof
- Non-refundable online application fee payment receipt
Across all three programmes, the broad sequence is the same: fill the online application at apply.jkbschool.org, upload the required documents, pay the applicable application fee, and appear for the assessment stage relevant to the chosen course (entrance score/WAT-PI for PGDM, Personal Interview for BBA, or the Simulation Game-GD-PI-WAT combination for BCA). Admission windows are generally announced on a rolling basis ahead of the August intake, so candidates are advised to confirm the current year's deadlines directly with the admissions office. Applicants should also review the in advance and check the options they may be eligible for, since several JKBS scholarships are linked to entrance exam performance or academic merit at the time of admission.
