Jubilee Mission Medical College & Research Institute (JMMCRI), Thrissur, is a distinguished private Christian minority medical institution located in the heart of Thrissur, Kerala's cultural capital. The institution traces its roots to 17 December 1951, when the Bishop Alapatt Jubilee Memorial Hospital was founded as a small dispensary under the Catholic Archdiocese of Thrissur. Charles Pinto Centre for Cleft Surgery
An internationally recognised centre of excellence for cleft lip, palate, and complex facial cleft correction, providing free treatment. Has partnered with Smile Train, USA, and has corrected over 16,000 cleft cases — a world record achieved by Dr. H.S. Adenwalla.

Skill Labs and Simulation Centre
Modern clinical skills laboratories and simulation facilities allowing MBBS students to practise clinical procedures in a controlled environment before patient exposure, in line with NMC competency-based curriculum requirements.

Jubilee Centre for Medical Research (JCMR)
A DSIR-recognised research centre coordinating research activities across the institution. Human Milk Bank
One of the first human milk banks in Kerala, established at JMMCRI alongside General Hospital Ernakulam. Provides pasteurised donor human milk to premature and sick newborns in the NICU, supporting neonatal care and medical education.

Yes, JMMCRI is a private, non-profit Christian minority institution administered by the Jubilee Mission Hospital Trust under the Catholic Archdiocese of Thrissur. It functions under the minority institution framework, which gives certain reserved rights in management of seats and admissions while remaining subject to Government of Kerala and NMC regulations.
The annual MBBS fee at JMMCRI is approximately ₹7.10 lakh (first year) and ₹6.72 lakh per year for subsequent years under the Government Quota, making the total course fee approximately ₹33.99 lakh. Management quota fees are around ₹10 lakh per year, and NRI quota fees are approximately ₹20–25 lakh per year. All fees are as per the Kerala Fee Regulatory Committee (FRC) order.
