Required Docs: NEET scorecard, 10+2 marksheets (both sides), TN nativity certificate, community certificate, Hepatitis-B certificate, 8 passport photos, PAN + Aadhaar. Choice fill → allotment (Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up, Stray Vacancy). Counselling authority: Tamil Nadu Directorate of Medical Education (DME). NExT applicable from 2024 MBBS batch.
