Karavali Ayurvedic Teaching Hospital
A 60-bed attached teaching hospital with active OPD and IPD services across all Ayurveda clinical departments. The hospital is equipped with a modern Operation Theatre, Labour Room, ECG machine, Scanning facility, emergency Atyayika unit, and Panchakarma therapy centre, serving the health needs of Mangalore and surrounding coastal Karnataka communities.
Herbal Garden
An on-campus herbal garden housing over 100 species of medicinal plants, directly supporting Dravyaguna Vigyan practical coursework. Mangalore's proximity to the Western Ghats biodiversity hotspot enriches the variety of species that can be cultivated and studied.

Library
A well-stocked library with over 8,000 books on Ayurveda and modern health sciences, a policy to add at least 500 volumes annually, Ayurvedic and modern medical periodicals, a 80-seat reading room, and a digital library section with broadband internet, educational CDs/DVDs, and audio-visual equipment for staff and students.
Boys' and Girls' Hostels
Separate, on-campus hostels for male and female students managed by the college within the Neerumarga Campus, featuring CCTV surveillance, a gym, ATM facility, furnished rooms, and hygienic vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals prepared daily under warden supervision.
