Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Health Science & Ayush University of Chhattisgarh, established under Chhattisgarh Government Act No. 21/2008, with Dr. Ashok Kumar Chandrakar as Vice-Chancellor. MCAS is approved by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM), Ministry of Ayush, Government of India. The institution is recognized for its state-of-the-art infrastructure with a built-up area of more than 5 lakh sq.ft., a 100-bed multispecialty Ayurvedic hospital, and significant contribution to rural healthcare in the region.
