MCAS offers BAMS (60 seats), MD Ayurveda in Rognidan Evam Vikriti Vigyan and Kaumarbhritya-Balroga (4 seats each), and MS Ayurveda in Shalya Tantra and Prasuti Tantra Evam Stri Roga (4 seats each).

MCAS is affiliated to Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Health Science & Ayush University of Chhattisgarh, established under Chhattisgarh Government Act No. 21/2008, and is approved by NCISM.

The official BAMS tuition fee is ₹1,36,000 per year (subject to revision), totaling approximately ₹6,12,000 for the 4.5-year academic duration. Hostel fee of ₹1,50,000 per year (including food) is compulsory and charged separately.
