Located at Shivareddypet, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy District — approximately 75 km from Hyderabad and 60 km from the city (1 hour drive), 100 km from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, and 5 km from Vikarabad Railway Junction (connecting Karnataka and Maharashtra). Affiliated with KNRUHS and recognized by NMC (MCI approval reinstated in 2019 after debarment for bed occupancy ratio non-compliance), MIMS offers 150 MBBS seats and 34 PG MD/MS seats.
