MADAC has a Teaching Pharmacy with an Advanced Research Laboratory on campus. This facility supports practical Rasashastra & Bhaishajya Kalpana training for BAMS students, enabling them to learn classical Ayurvedic formulation and pharmaceutical preparation processes, and also supports the institution's research activities.

The teaching hospital at MADAC has 250 beds and 3 operation theatres — among the largest OT capacity for any private Ayurvedic teaching hospital in Nashik. It also has an ICU, Sonography unit (via MOU), X-Ray department, a separate Aushadha Vitaran (pharmacy), and a Pathology department.
