Candidates from other states who studied TN 6th–12th: Bonafide Certificate required (under Open Category); community certs from other states not accepted. Vocational stream candidates not eligible. Normalization of marks per TN Act No. 3/2007. Choice fill → allotment (R1, R2, Mop-Up, Stray). MQ (35%): ₹1,000 registration fee. NRI (15%): ₹5,000 registration fee.
