MES Medical College and Hospital, Perinthalmanna (popularly known as MESMCH), is a premier private Muslim minority medical institution in Malappuram district, Kerala. Established in 2004 by the Muslim Educational Society (MES) — one of India's largest educational organisations — it holds the distinction of being the first medical college in Kerala established under Muslim minority management. Affiliated with KUHS Thrissur and approved by NMC, the college is spread over a picturesque 60-acre campus at Malaparamba, Perinthalmanna. It offers 150 MBBS seats, 54 MD/MS seats across 19 specialties, and DM super-specialty courses. The attached MES Hospital is a 750-bedded multi-specialty tertiary care centre serving over 5 lakh patients annually with 1,150+ daily outpatients. The campus features world-class smart classrooms, a fully automated central library of 24,000 sq.ft., Wi-Fi connectivity, modern research centres, and separate hostels.
