MKCG Hospital (1,190 Beds — Tertiary Referral)
1,190-bed government hospital — primary tertiary referral centre for all of Southern Odisha. 23 clinical + 8 non-clinical departments. Free diet for all indoor patients. ICU (10 beds), ICCU (5 beds), 24×7 emergency OT, 24×7 Blood Bank (separate building). New specialty buildings: Trauma Centre, Neurology, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, General Medicine. Regional Diagnostic Centre (advanced diagnostics). Super-specialty services (Cardiology, Nephrology, Endocrinology, Neurology, Urology, Neurosurgery, CVTS, Paediatric Surgery, Plastic Surgery) on designated days. RSBY/BKKY cashless services. Visitor hours: 12:30–1:30 PM and 5:00–7:00 PM. ISRO Telemedicine Unit connecting rural health centres.

AIIMS-Style Central Library
New Central Library building built at ₹9 crore — AIIMS-design, fully air-conditioned, open 8 AM to 10 PM on working days. Houses comprehensive collection of MBBS and PG textbooks, reference books, national and international medical journals, CDs, and digital media. Internet-enabled e-library for online database access. Separate sections for undergraduate students, PG residents, and faculty. Reading room with large seating capacity. One of the most advanced government medical college libraries in Odisha.

Academic Block — 4 AC Lecture Theatres
Academic Block with 4 centrally air-conditioned lecture theatres with capacities ranging from 300 to 650 seats — designed to accommodate full MBBS batches for large-group teaching. 4 examination halls. Additionally, 5 gallery-type and 3 normal lecture halls in the college building plus an additional gallery-type lecture hall in the hospital — total of 13 dedicated teaching spaces. Modern audiovisual equipment throughout. Well-equipped departmental labs, departmental museums.

Boys' Hostels
4 boys' hostels on campus: GH-1, GH-2, GH-3 (senior UG hostels) and GH-4 (newly inaugurated, dedicated to first-year MBBS students). All hostels have furnished rooms, mess/dining, reading rooms, common recreation areas, and 24-hour security and warden supervision.

Girls' Hostels
3 ladies' hostels on campus. Same amenities as boys' hostels — furnished rooms, mess, reading rooms, common areas, 24-hour security and warden supervision. CCTV in hostel areas.
