A fully operational 100-bed teaching hospital with OPD and IPD services across eight clinical departments (Kayachikitsa, Bal Roga, Shalya Tantra, Panchakarma, Shalakya Tantra, Prasuti Tantra & Stri Roga, Swasthavritta, and Atyayika/Emergency), supported by a dedicated Pathology Laboratory, X-Ray facility, and Operation Theatre. The hospital served as a 100-bed COVID-19 Isolation & Quarantine Centre during the pandemic, recognized by the Betul District Collector.

Five well-ventilated lecture halls, each with a seating capacity of approximately 60 students and fine-installed audio-visual aids. ICT-enabled e-classrooms and self-learning kiosks supplement the lecture halls with technology-enhanced learning infrastructure.

The 3-acre green campus includes a herbal garden maintained by college management to support Dravyaguna Vigyan practical coursework, with species suited to the Satpura Highland agro-climatic zone of Betul district. Modernised yet tradition-rooted departmental laboratories with departmental museums for all 14 CCIM-prescribed BAMS departments.
