OPJU offers B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, and Mining Engineering, along with multiple sub-specialisations under CSE (AI, Data Science, Cyber Security, etc.). A total of 17 B.Tech specialisations are offered.

B.Tech admissions are based on JEE Main (CRL rank), CGPET (Chhattisgarh Pre Engineering Test), or OPJUET (OP Jindal University Entrance Test), followed by document verification. Lateral entry (2nd year) is based on Diploma merit as per AICTE norms.

As per the 2026-27 official fee structure, total B.Tech (CSE) fee is INR 7,50,000 for 4 years (INR 1,87,500/year). For all other branches (ME/EE/Civil/MME/Mining), the total fee is INR 7,20,000 (INR 1,80,000/year). Hostel charges are additional.

Yes, OPJU provides separate gender-specific hostel facilities on campus. Hostels are equipped with modern amenities including AC rooms (double/triple occupancy), 24/7 security, Wi-Fi, and mess. Hostel fee is approximately INR 1,40,000 per year (double-seater AC).
