About PDM University – Faculty of Engineering & Technology
PDM University (Prabhu Dayal Memorial University) is a private co-educational university located in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, situated 7 km west of the Delhi-Haryana (Tikri) border in the National Capital Region (Delhi-NCR). The Faculty of Engineering & Technology (FET) is the largest and oldest component of PDM University, with engineering education dating back to PDM College of Engineering, established in 1999. The university itself was formally constituted by the Haryana State Legislature in January 2016 under the Haryana Private Universities Act. PDM is managed by Prabhu Dayal Memorial Religious & Educational Association (PDMREA), established in 1995 in memory of Late Sh. Prabhu Dayal. The university campus spans 95 acres and is home to more than 15,000 students and 1,200 faculty members, with over 35,000 alumni since inception. PDM University offers more than 120 programs across 14+ streams including Engineering, Dental Sciences, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Management, Law, Nursing, Architecture, Fine Arts, and Physical and Life Sciences. The Faculty of Engineering & Technology offers B.Tech programs in CSE, CSIT, ECE, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering along with IBM co-branded specializations in Cloud Computing and Big Data Analytics, M.Tech programs across multiple streams, integrated B.Tech-M.Tech and B.Tech-MBA programs, and Diploma Engineering courses. The university has strategic tie-ups with IBM, SAP, Cisco Networking Academy, TCS, and CADD Centre. It is accessible via the Delhi Metro Green Line – Brigadier Hoshiar Singh Metro Station and Bahadurgarh City Metro Station.
