- BAMS Merit Quota: Qualify NEET (UG) → Register with CEE Kerala for AYUSH Merit counselling → Rank-based allotment from state merit list → Report to PNNM AMC, Cheruthuruthy — 679531 with original documents → Fee payment.
- BAMS Management Quota: Qualify NEET (UG) → Apply online at pnnmayurvedacollege.com/online_application_BAMS_management_seats → Provisional and final rank list published on college website → Joining notification → Report and pay fee.
- BAMS NRI Quota: Apply at pnnmayurvedacollege.com/online_application_bams_nri_seats with NEET UG score.
- MDMS State Quota: Qualify AIAPGET → CEE Kerala PG AYUSH counselling → Allotment → Reporting.
- MDMS Management Quota: Apply online at pnnmayurvedacollege.com/pg_online_admission with AIAPGET score.
