NCISM lists it as 'not eligible for rating since the college is not fully established' — a routine classification for all colleges in the initial LOP years; not a compliance penalty or adverse finding. The college has secured a Karnataka High Court (Kalaburagi Bench) judgement dated 26 April 2022 directing NCISM to comply with its first-year permission, establishing legal confirmation of its initial recognition.
