Prasad Institute of Technology (PIT), Jaunpur was established in 2002 by Prasad Educational Trust with an aim to impart excellent technical education in the fields of engineering, technology, pharmacy, and management. The institute is situated on the bank of river Gomti, approximately 5 km from Jaunpur city on Azamgarh Road. PIT is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow. The institute's vision is to become an institution of excellence in education in consonance with the contemporary and future needs of India. Its mission is to empower students to become pioneers in their fields and lead the nation and humanity to new heights.
