RDEC facilitates access to the standard state and national scholarship schemes — the Uttar Pradesh Government Scholarship and the National Scholarship Portal (NSP), including the NSP Pragati Shiksha scheme reserved for girl students — alongside AICTE Student Development Schemes and the interest-free PM Vidyalaxmi government education loan scheme. In addition to these government schemes, the institute runs its own scholarship programmes: the Dr. Nutan Sharma Memorial Scholarship for underprivileged, meritorious girl students; the annual Pushplata Memorial Cash Award for meritorious students (approximately Rs.20 Lakhs distributed to 325 students in a recent year); a merit-based fee scholarship that awards Rs.1,000 for every one percentage point scored above 75% (a policy the college states has been in place since its founding in 2006, with the number of qualifying students and total scholarship amount both growing significantly over the years); and a 100% fee scholarship for all four years awarded to AKTU/university rank-holders and toppers.
