RIMS is a 100% merit-based pure government college with NO Management or NRI quota. MBBS: 85% via KEA (Karnataka State Quota) — Karnataka domicile required; 15% via MCC (AIQ) — open to all India. KEA conducts 4 rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up, Stray Vacancy. 4 candidates received AIQ allotment at RIMS Raichur during NEET 2021–2024 combined. ⚠️ HK 371(J) RESERVATION: 70% of state quota reserved for HK-region candidates — students with HK 371(J) certificate, OBC/SC/ST certificates, and Karnataka domicile have multi-layered access advantages.
