Rajarshi School of Management & Technology (RSMT), established in 1999, is a premier AICTE-approved and NAAC-accredited management institute ideally located at Udai Pratap College Campus, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh — the City of Light and a millennia-old centre of intellectual excellence. RSMT aims to integrate this eternal brilliance into modern management education, developing professionals equipped with knowledge, ethical values, and practical skills. The institute offers four programmes: MBA and MCA (affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, AKTU, Lucknow and approved by AICTE), and BBA and BCA (affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, MGKVP, Varanasi). The MBA programme spans 4 semesters with specialisations in Human Resource, Marketing, Financial Management, Rural Development, Information Technology, and International Business. The MCA is a two-year full-time post-graduate programme aligned to current industry requirements. The MBA programme at RSMT has 120 seats and the MCA has 60 seats. Admission to MBA and MCA is based on state-level combined entrance examination or direct admission under management quota. BBA and BCA admissions are direct. RSMT has collaborated with Washington State University, USA for research activities and exchange programmes, bringing an international dimension to its academic offerings. The campus infrastructure includes a well-equipped computer lab, a comprehensive library, a seminar hall, health care facilities, cafeteria, separate hostel and transportation facilities, sports areas, and a guest house. An on-campus bank and post office make it convenient for students and staff. The Training and Placement Cell, headed by Dr. Garima Anand, maintains active corporate relationships. Placement drives have included companies such as Flipkart, PinClick Ltd., Learning Routes Ltd., Bajaj Allianz, Aisshpra Gems, HCL, Axis Bank, and TCS.
