Rakshapal Bahadur College of Pharmacy (RBCP), Bareilly, established in 2004, is a constituent institution of the RBMI (Rakshpal Bahadur) Group of Institutions, founded in 1996 by the late Mrs. Veena Mathur. Located near Doordarshan Kendra/ITBP on Badaun Road, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, the college is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), and is affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow (College Code: 169) for its B.Pharm and M.Pharm programmes, and to the Board of Technical Education (BTE), Lucknow for its D.Pharm programme. The RBMI Group, which is NAAC A+ accredited and has over 30 years of excellence, operates two campuses - one in Bareilly and another in Greater Noida (NCR) - with over 2,000 students, 200+ faculty, 20+ corporate placement partners, and 6,500+ alumni working in leading Indian and multinational companies. The B.Pharm programme at RBCP offers in-depth training in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Drug Design and Development, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Hospital and Clinical Pharmacy, Biopharmaceutics, Pharmacognosy, Herbal Drug Technology, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs. The Bareilly campus is equipped with a computer lab, pharmacy laboratories, a library, smart classrooms, sports facilities, and is supported by an on-campus super-speciality hospital (D R Hospital) providing 24x7 healthcare facilities for students. The campus spans approximately 2.83 acres with a total student enrolment of around 428 across diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate pharmacy programmes, and a faculty strength of 32.
