RIMS Hospital is a 1,074-bed tertiary care teaching facility. It serves over 2.4 lakh outpatients and 31,000+ inpatients annually, with 18 clinical departments, a Casualty & Emergency Ward, Blood Bank, ICU, and over 25 specialties and sub-specialties. Yes, RIMS mandates that ALL MBBS and PG students reside in on-campus hostels. 12 hostels are available on campus — 6 for MBBS students and separate hostels for PG resident doctors.
