Both Karnataka domicile and non-Karnataka students can apply for Management and NRI quota. KEA conducts 4 rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up, Stray Vacancy. Steps: Register on KEA website (kea.kar.nic.in) → Login and fill application form → Upload required documents + NEET Admit Card, rank card, 12th marksheet, signature, thumb impression, photograph → Download document verification slip → Online choice filling → Mock allotment → Final allotment → Fee payment and reporting to SNMC. PG (MD/MS): 50% via MCC AIQ; 50% via KEA Karnataka (State + Management Quota). PG stipend and bond details confirmed per NMC/Karnataka norms.
