Sai Ayurved Hospital and Research Centre — attached teaching hospital with Fully Automatic and Computerised Pathology Lab (with Interface System), Latest Digital X-Ray System, Operation Theatre (with all essential equipment), OPD and IPD Ayurvedic care. Hospital has been running since the Trust's founding (2007 onwards), predating the BAMS college by over a decade.

Serene 15-acre campus in lush green environment on the Solapur-Barshi Highway, comprising college building, hospital building, dedicated research wing, library, and hostel facilities for boys, girls, and hospital staff.

Well-stocked library described as a core academic resource for students, supporting all 14 BAMS departments and the college's stated commitment to knowledge development in Ayurvedic education and research.

Well-equipped practical laboratories across all 14 BAMS departments (Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology, Pathology, Pharmaceutics, Surgery, etc.) meeting NCISM and MUHS standards for a 60-seat BAMS institution.
