SASSAM maintains fully equipped laboratories for all 14 CCIM/NCISM-prescribed BAMS departments with major equipment published at sassam.org Department section. Teaching staff details and non-teaching staff lists are maintained per NCISM requirements. Vision and mission statements for each department are published on the college website, reflecting a structured departmental academic framework.

The SASSAM library holds more than 6,000 books covering Ayurvedic classics, modern biomedical sciences, and reference texts. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled and equipped with ICT infrastructure to support student research and digital learning. The auditorium and cafeteria are available for academic and co-curricular activities.

SASSAM maintains an active CME/Workshops/Conferences programme (documentation at sassam.org NCISM DATA section) with over 35 documented events and workshops photographed on the website. Full NCISM compliance documentation is publicly available: teaching and non-teaching staff attendance, hospital staff attendance, student attendance for all batches, exam results, research publications, college council, and awards/achievements. A shuttle service connects the campus to Bhopal city and nearby localities.

A dedicated Panchakarma detoxification and rejuvenation therapy centre provides classical Ayurvedic treatments including Virechana, Basti, Nasya, Shirodhara, and Abhyanga under clinical supervision, giving students hands-on exposure to Panchakarma as both an academic subject and clinical practice. A separate Yoga and Meditation Hall is maintained for student wellbeing and as part of the Gurukula-inspired residential learning environment that SASSAM is built upon.
