SDCMS offers MBA (2 years, 120 seats, AKTU-affiliated), MCA (3 years, 60 seats, AKTU-affiliated), MCA Lateral Entry (2 years, AKTU-affiliated), BBA (3 years, Maa Shakumbhari University), and BCA (3 years, Maa Shakumbhari University).

The MBA total fee at SDCMS is ₹1,33,000 for the 2-year programme (₹66,500 per year) as per the 2025-26 fee structure verified on Collegedunia. AKTU university examination fees are charged separately.

The MCA total fee is ₹1,84,000 for the 3-year full-time programme. MCA Lateral Entry (2 years) fee is ₹1,22,000 total. BCA annual fee is approximately ₹70,000 per year.
