The BAMS programme has a total intake of 100 seats: 85 under State Quota and 15 under Institutional/Management Quota.

As per the 2024-25 fee disclosure, the annual BAMS fee is ₹2,00,000 under State/AIQ and ₹6,00,000 under the Management/Institutional Quota. Additionally, hostel and mess charges are ₹1,05,000 per year.

SSAM offers 10 PG specializations with 59 total seats: MD in Samhita & Siddhanta, Kriya Sharir, Dravya Guna, Rasashastra & Bhaishajya Kalpana, Agad Tantra, Kaumarbhritya, Kayachikitsa, Panchakarma; and MS in Shalya Tantra and Prasuti Tantra & Streeroga.
