SBIAH Gadag is a private Ayurvedic medical college and 60-bed teaching hospital located near S. M. Krishna Nagar, Gadag–Balaganur Road, Gadag — 582101, Karnataka. It is managed by Jana Chetana Shikshana Samiti® Sudi, affiliated with RGUHS Bengaluru, and recognised by NCISM and the Ministry of AYUSH. It offers the BAMS programme with 60 seats and follows a hospital-integrated model where clinical training starts from the second year.

The college offers 60 BAMS seats per year. Of these, 9 seats (15%) are filled through AACCC All India Quota counselling and 51 seats (85%) through the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) AYUSH counselling at kea.kar.nic.in.

The attached Shri Bidarur Institute of Ayurveda and Hospital is a 60-bed super-specialty Ayurvedic teaching hospital running 9 OPDs including Kayachikitsa, Shalya Tantra, Shalakya Tantra, Prasooti Tantra & Stree Roga, Kaumarbhritya, Panchakarma, Swasthavritta, and emergency (Atyayeeka Chikitsa). It sees between 150 and 200 patients daily.

The BAMS programme is 5.5 years in total: 4.5 years of academic study (covering all four professional phases) followed by 1 year of compulsory rotatory internship conducted at the attached Shri Bidarur Institute of Ayurveda and Hospital on campus.
