SDMIMD's flagship offering is a two-year, full-time residential Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), equivalent to an MBA. It also offers a Ph.D. Programme in Management recognised by the University of Mysore, and short-duration Management Development Programmes (MDP), Faculty Development Programmes (FDP) and Research Development Programmes (RDP) for executives and academics.

For the PGDM 2026-28 batch, the total fee is INR 14.10 lakh for the two-year programme, covering tuition and hostel stay, payable in six term-wise instalments. Mess/food charges are billed separately at approximately INR 35,000 per year. The institute notes fees are subject to revision for the subsequent batch.

The AICTE-approved intake is 240 seats per batch from Academic Year 2023-24 onward (raised from 180 seats in earlier years), per the institute's own NIRF 2025 data submission. Intake is subject to revision by AICTE each year.
