Candidates may appear for SAAT only once per programme. Shortlisted candidates go through multi-round counselling for seat allotment based on the merit list. Diploma holders in Engineering, Pharmacy or Hotel Management are eligible for lateral entry into the second year through SAAT. Postgraduate and doctoral admissions to M.Tech and PhD programmes additionally accept GATE and NET scores, with GATE-qualified M.Tech candidates eligible for financial assistance as per AICTE norms.
