Sri Aurobindo Medical College and Post Graduate Institute (SAMC & PGI), popularly known as SAIMS Indore, is a premier private medical institution established in 2003 by the Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Sciences (SAIMS) Society under the leadership of Founder Chairman Dr. Vinod Bhandari. Located on the Indore–Ujjain State Highway, the college is a constituent institution of Sri Aurobindo University, Indore, and is approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC). SAIMS is recognized as one of the best private medical colleges in Madhya Pradesh, offering undergraduate (MBBS), postgraduate (MD/MS), and super-specialty (DM/M.Ch) programs. The institute is attached to the 1490-bedded SAIMS Multi-Specialty Teaching Hospital, providing extensive clinical exposure to students. The campus spans approximately 70 acres and is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure, including modern lecture theaters, a central library with 19,945+ books, advanced skill labs, and separate hostels for boys and girls.
