Fully equipped 100-bed Ayurvedic teaching and service hospital operational since 2013 — four years before the college opened. Features 9 speciality OPDs, IPD wards (male and female general, special A/C and non-A/C rooms, suites), Emergency Unit (24-hour), Ambulance, Labour Room, X-Ray unit, ECG, Pathology Laboratory, and Department of Dietetics & Nutrition with medicated water supply to patients.

Dedicated male and female Panchakarma Theatres offering all 5 classical Shodhana procedures: Vamana, Virechana, Vasti, Nasya, and Raktamokshana. Also offers an extensive range of Ayurvedic special treatments: Abhyanga, Patra Pinda Sweda, Shirodhara, Sirovasti, Thala Pothichil, Netra Tarpana, Sarvanga Dhara, Bashpa Sweda, Pichu, Udwartana, Anna Lepa, Lekhana Karma, Kshara Sutra, and more.

Equipped Surgical Theatre for performing minor surgeries including excision of benign tumours and cysts, incision and drainage procedures, certain ano-rectal surgeries, Ksharasutra therapy for fistula-in-ano and related conditions, Agnikarma (therapeutic cauterisation), and Jalaukavacharana (leech therapy).

Dedicated Yoga and Pranayam facility for patients and healthy persons, complemented by a Physiotherapy unit for rehabilitation alongside Ayurvedic clinical protocols. The campus also has a Yoga Hall with capacity for 1,000 students.

Separate, well-maintained hostels for boys (one warden) and girls (two wardens) with combined capacity for 300 students. Girls' hostel is a 3-floor building with 11–12 large rooms per floor, each accommodating 3 students, furnished with chairs, tables, tube lights, fans, cots, and almirahs. Study hours: 6:00 AM–8:00 AM and 7:00 PM–10:00 PM. 24-hour hot water, 24-hour medical assistance, and warden residential accommodation on campus.
